There is more to data than numbers and analysis.

There is a story.

Let's tell it.

Data Analysis & Research Support

Turn your questions into clear, actionable answers.

I work as an extension of your team to design and execute rigorous research and data analysis—so you can focus on using the findings, not producing them.

What this can look like:

  • Quantitative and mixed-methods research

  • Data cleaning, analysis, and visualization

  • Policy briefs, reports, and white papers

  • Public-facing data storytelling

Research Strategy & Advice

Get expert guidance on the work you’re already doing.

If your team is leading its own research or data efforts, I provide strategic support to strengthen your approach—helping you ask the right questions, use the right methods, and focus on what matters most.

What this can look like:

  • Research design and methodology advising

  • Data strategy and planning

  • Metrics frameworks and KPI development

  • Guidance on working with institutional research and data teams

Capacity Building & Coaching

Build the skills and systems your team needs to use data effectively.

I help organizations grow their internal capacity to collect, analyze, and use data—not just for reporting, but for decision-making and storytelling.

What this can look like:

  • Workshops on data literacy and storytelling

  • Ongoing coaching for staff and leadership teams

  • Support building internal data processes and practices

  • Training on integrating quantitative and qualitative insights

Data for Planning & Evaluation

Align your goals with evidence—and measure what matters.

I support organizations in defining clear strategies and evaluating whether their efforts are making a difference, with an emphasis on practical, usable insights.

What this can look like:

  • Strategic planning and facilitation

  • Theory of action and logic model development

  • Program evaluation design and implementation

  • Continuous improvement and learning frameworks
